7-day silent meditation retreat, todos santos, Mexico

Let inner stillness be your natural rhythm

Day Begins

From the moment you arrive, we will set the stage for silence with an introductory ceremony and orientation session, guiding you on how to maintain silence and embrace the retreat experience fully.

Each day will begin with yoga and meditation, preparing your mind and body for deeper introspection.

Activities

Through mindful eating, nature walks, and group silent activities, you will cultivate a sense of inner stillness and awareness of the present moment. Meditation and dharma talks guiding you to profound insights into the nature of reality, impermanence, and interdependence — helping you to understand how the world, including you, is arising and changing moment by moment. In seeing the fluidity of everything, you effortlessly flow with life and inner stillness becomes your natural rhythm.

FAQ

Up until 16 days before the retreat begins, 50% of your payment will be non refundable and the remaining 50% will become a credit with Tribu Todos Santos.

However, should you need to cancel and someone comes in after to sign-up, I  would simply give them your spot and you would get a full refund.

To initially save your spot, I request a deposit of 50% of the cost. The remaining  balance will be collected 4 weeks prior to the retreat start.

Baja California Sur is very safe. I live on the Sea of Cortez side of the peninsula  and have never had any issues. Todos Santos is on the Pacific side and is a very  safe community that has a large American and Canadian population.

If you are a Permanent Resident of the following countries: Canada, the United  States, Japan, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, any of  the countries of the Schengen Area, and any of the countries members of the  “Pacific Alliance”, you do not need a visa to enter Mexico for tourism, business or  transit purposes.

To maintain the integrity of the silent retreat experience, we encourage  participants to turn off their phones and avoid using the internet. In  addition, cell service is weak at the retreat center. Emergency contact  information will be provided for family and friends.
