The REAL Reason to Meditate
I first started meditating in 1999.
At the time I was a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch.
I was stressed a lot and experienced constant anxiety that would eventually spill into bouts of depression.
But back then people didn’t meditate.

Does Worrying Help Us?
Last week, I had the first call with my publicist assigned to the release of my book, Let Forgiveness Set You Free.
It was very exciting!

Why is it so hard to stay present?
Did you know your mind wanders on average 47% of the time? That’s what Harvard scientists discovered in a massive global study.
In other words, you are only present for your life about half of the time!
Why does it matter?
Those same Harvard scientists found that when you are present, no matter what you are doing, you are happier. So on average you are happy or at least content for half of your life.
