Do you suffer from brain fatigue?

The answer to that question is yes, we all suffer from brain fatigue.

In the morning, after a good night’s rest and a healthy breakfast your brain power is at its peak level for the day; from there on its nothing but downhill.

Our brains are amazing supercomputers; helping us to plan, make decisions, remember and solve complex problems.  It also gets tired very easily and we don’t give it a lot of help in that department.

The Biggest Lie We Tell Ourselves Every Day

We lie to ourselves A LOT!  And the lies we tell ourselves cause us a lot of anxiety, depression, anger, jealousy, greed, fear, guilt..…… you get the point.

But the BIGGEST lie we tell ourselves every day is “I’ll be happy when…. .”

I’ll be happy when this project is over.

I’ll be happy when this problem is resolved.

What is meditation?

Meditation is the practice of bringing your attention to an object and holding it there.

Most commonly the object is the breath, a mantra or a phrase.

The objects are anchors, something for your mind to hold on to.

If your object is the breath, you place your attention gently on the sensation of the breath.
