Learning How to Forgive
So much of our negative thinking is directed at other people and ourselves. Usually in the form of anger if it’s someone else, or guilt (which is just anger turned inwards) if it’s us.
We spend endless hours torturing ourselves over something we’ve done or what someone else did – playing it out over and over, digging the dagger deeper and deeper into our heart. It’s so painful to do this and yet we seem unable to help ourselves.

Do You Want to Feel Guilty or Happy?
We all have our guilty pleasures, right? But when you think about it it’s kind of an oxymoron to say it’s a guilty pleasure. Feeling guilty is not pleasurable.
Let’s say you’ve got a sweet tooth. And every now and then you just can’t help yourself but to indulge in a mouthwatering glazed donut.
In your mind, when you’re thinking about getting the donut you are thinking how good the donut will taste but, more importantly, that it will make you happy.
