You know that exercise is good for your brain and maybe you know that meditation is the best exercise for your brain, but still you don’t want to do it. I totally get that – not everyone has the time or the desire to sit and meditate.

So here’s the good news, there are other ways to exercise your brain.  And let me be clear you do need to exercise your brain.  Every 4 seconds someone on this planet is diagnosed with dementia – don’t wait until it’s too late.

What’s the Fastest Way to Grow Your Brain?

When I was in high school I wasn’t always the smartest kid in the room. Arguably I wasn’t the most studious either. But the real problem was that I just didn’t try very hard.

The impression that left on me was that I was reasonably intelligent, but not “that” smart; so if something was too difficult I just assumed I wasn’t smart enough to get it and quickly gave up trying.

Do you suffer from brain fatigue?

The answer to that question is yes, we all suffer from brain fatigue.

In the morning, after a good night’s rest and a healthy breakfast your brain power is at its peak level for the day; from there on its nothing but downhill.

Our brains are amazing supercomputers; helping us to plan, make decisions, remember and solve complex problems.  It also gets tired very easily and we don’t give it a lot of help in that department.
