This package is designed for people that have specific goals or other issues they would like to work on. Meditation and mindfulness practices will be the main tools we’ll use to help you achieve your goals. In addition, you will learn the basics of how your brain works; what happens in your brain when you’re stressed? How to maximize your brain’s performance potential. You’ll learn two types of meditation – breath meditation to stabilize and calm the mind. And contemplation meditation – in this type of meditation we familiarize our minds with a particular topic and by doing this in a calm and relaxed state of mind, we are able to create new habits and break down old ones. Habits are just neural pathways in our brains and contemplation meditations allow us to break down old neural pathways (habits) that were not serving us and create new ones based on what we really do want. This is how coaching with real tools makes real change.
