8 Weeks to Happiness Course

In this 8 week course we have put together all the ingredients to help you live a happier and more fulfilling life! You will learn three different meditation methods each one building on each other and designed to help you gain clarity, wisdom and happiness.

The only way to make change is for each of us to see our own lives more clearly. When we are in a calm and tranquil state of mind we can observe our patterns of behavior and the results of those patterns without judgment or regret; we simply see the pattern and know it’s time to let that habit go.
