Whether you’re brand new to meditation or an advanced practitioner, you are welcome to join us each week. Using Buddhism as our foundation, we explore profound and universal wisdom teachings that help us to shed old beliefs about how we see ourselves and the world – as separate, independent, solid, and permanent. And instead, see what is really happening here. That you are not separate or independent from anything and it is that belief of separation and independence that is causing so much distress and dissatisfaction in your life.
While the wisdom teachings are a critical part of our training, it is also taught alongside compassion. As genuine wisdom cannot exist without compassion and genuine compassion cannot exist without wisdom. When the jewel of the mind rests in the lotus of the heart we have genuine, unshakeable wisdom and compassion.
It is the union of the mind and the heart that allows us to live more mindfully and peacefully.
